CORE training is a staple in ANY fitness/conditioning program, whether you're a PRO-Athlete, weekend warrior, neophyte to fitness or a long time fitness enthusiast, you should be targeting, training, and conditioning the 29 muscles attached to the "CORE", the entire axial skeleton, and the pelvis.
